Overview
Freight coming in to the UK, no problem. Imports can be tricky and need expert handling and care. Vantage covers and handles import customs at all major UK air and sea ports. We provide customs entry, liaison with customs, documentation, warehousing, and onward delivery and distribution services. We also provide customs bonded warehousing (ERTS) at major UK ports when required. Freight needed urgently? We can provide clearance and delivery the same day, subject to completion of customs formalities. All UK imports require importers to be EORI registered. Please speak to us if you do not have EORI registration. Vantage can help.

What we offer
DDU/DDP Services
We offer Door Deliveries Duty Unpaid or Paid. Our customs clearance teams organise same-day clearance, and to suit your requirements Vantage arranges next-day, same-day, weekend and timed collection and deliveries. We offer a Duty Deferment service for importers who do not have Deferment accounts to pay Duty and VAT directly to HMRC (His Majesty's Revenue and Customs) for a small fee.
Return Shipments / Temporary Import
Shipments coming to the UK for repairs or testing that need to return to origin after a certain time? Vantage can arrange the required documentation and liaison with customs to organise duty-free import and return of the freight back to origin after processing.
Car Imports
Our qualified customs team handles car and vehicle imports at all air and sea ports, providing the necessary clearance and documentation, with onward delivery on a trailer or driven to your location.
Trans-Shipments
Shipments in transit? Let us know and we will re-route the shipment to the desired destination. We can provide bonded warehousing, customs clearances, fresh labels and onward journey for the freight.
